@thenewoil VPNs have their use cases but they are usually not as useful as what Nord and Express will try to market them as. https://www.doineedavpn.com is pretty good for actually being realistici about what a VPN can and can't help you with.

@thelinuxEXP That's what I've been saying for a while. They don't do anything actually beneficial to software freedom and development, they just preach to eachother about how they're so "free" while blindly following the standards of an arbitrary organization.I can almost guarantee people like Mental Outlaw will just dismiss this, pointing some random sentence out like having a more diverse leadership and just be like "oMg Le sJw'S!!!" and never actually make any meaningful rebuttals.

@chocolatefossty @DanielMicay Micay has a long history of pinning blame on the communities of Techlore and Calyx for some reason. He's legally threatened Techlore so now he barely recommends or even mentions grapheneOS in any context if at all. Micay has never shown any screenshots or evidence of this supposed harassment against him happening, but Techlore has a video that does show screenshots. There's also a reddit post with screenshots.
