@penny i suspect that they are not really meant for microwaving, pan frying or steaming , but they are frozen and pre steamed and designed to by pout frozen straight into a wok of oil/ deep fryer and crisped up

@eris i dont think there owuld be any necessity for a war to do this tho ... it could be done just be setting them off in the Sahara or something and letting the winds spread the dust and dilute the radiation, it also has the other problem of being really temporary like unless we plan on kicking up that dust every 5 years forever and in increasing quantities its not a solution solar steam turbines and conventional and safe fission plants seem a more sane solution to both geopolitical and global warming issues solution to the energy deficit
