like just because you are "good" at one thing does not mean you will be good at management. jokes about management are so common cause it requires an actual skill set and understanding of people and organization. but a lot of people in management lack all of those things! and are simply in it cause it was the next "step". most managers are a detriment to their reports when it IS possible to have good management that makes EVERYONES jobs easier. smh.

its borax crystal ornament making time!1 cup boiling water + 3 tbsp Borax + pipe cleaner shape of your choice suspended overnight!i set up a zig zag snowflake, a spider, and a green tree and im really excited to check on them in the morning!the second pic is a test one i set up yesterday. its so pretty :)

my grandfather was a woodworker and when he died 5 years ago my dad took all his tools and scraps. my dad and brother now make me something with my grandfathers supplies every year <3this is the best one yet!!!
