@afairmaiden as much as I loved episode 5, I feel this too.Their bar conversation really did feel like stuff that realistically, they should have already talked about? And like YEAH with Pomni, I keep saying that I wish she was shown to be more curious about the circus and everything, especially given that exploring was literally her hobby??I get the sense that Jax at least already knew about Ragatha's past and her mother given his reaction and how relatively close they seem, but...augh. I feel like they have such interesting dynamics but with each episode, I still feel like we get little context for how close or how intimate or how they actually even feel about each other, beyond the superficial stuff. It's almost like... why are you afraid to explore your own characters???Given the setup, I just want to see them approaching this situation by clinging to each other because it's all they got, even if they've had some conflicts and drama, y'know?Also sorry if I'm parroting, but it does make me feel less insane to know I'm not the only one who notices an "off-ness" in the tone, lol. The stuff with Kinger too, that should be a big deal like, is there going to be a payoff for that??I really want to see shit go down with Caine and C&A and whatever the heck is up with Bubble, as Caine is growing more impatient and controlling and seems to be running out of ideas. Since it's basically been confirmed now that the game has been abandoned, it goes back to my theory/headcanon that Caine is breaking down bc he's not meant to be left running for as long as he has, and he's also just as much a prisoner here it seems.

@afairmaiden You put SO much work into this and it shows, I see the vision...... and I am so glad you found a way to tie together these messy and difficult themes and turn it into a story, I'm so excited to see how it plays out, what's going on with pie....
