@Saorsa @xaetacore @alex @musha Oh- I saw that you HAVE to use digital identification in UK or else pay fines each time you wanted to use your phisical ones... So that pretty much forces anyone to use their phone, but maybe it is not just like that.

@alex @Saorsa @xaetacore @musha I do have a custom ROM, and yeah, since I live in Spain I already know either my ISP or the government is spying on me.The dumbphone thing is more just to force me to not use any phone stuff, I don't need it, I don't want it... And my calls should only be to contact me, not to actually talk with me, so I shouldn't be too worrdies about getting spyed on, right?

@Saorsa @alex @xaetacore @musha Sad thing is thatin Europe they want to remove this option... It is already limited, since you might have to face fees for just taking your money, not being able to pay more than a thousand with it or that you just CAN'T be paid phisically for your work...

@Saorsa @alex @xaetacore @musha I don't know much about public proxies or VPNs, but please, don't use the Brave Tor client, it had it's HUGE security flaws in the past and it is not kept as updated as the original Tor one.(Plus Brave is a hateful browser, I wouldn't use it personally, but I think it's better than most commercial browsers out there.)

@Saorsa @alex @xaetacore @musha If you want an alternative to Brave that has also that kind of functionality, I recommend Helium, its based on ungoogled chromium (a pretty good alternative too) and has some privacy-focused changes, one of them is the native ublock Origin. For the Firefox, I have Tor browser as it also serve as the Tor client, but I rarely use it.I would give it a try if its the first time you hear about it! Brave is not a bad option either if you care to configure it, but I don't like it's ideas and his extremely homophobic creator.I would also take some advice, specially with Android browsers, I don't use it much, so I do use Brave there, but Helium isn't avaliable for Android, so if you have better chromium alternatives, let me know.

@Saorsa @alex @xaetacore @musha Something else that can be done is using Windows server.Of course you will have to get it illegally since chances are that your computer is worth less than what they ask you to use the OS and I don't know how Win11 :windowstrash: Server is, but the Windows 10 versions were much better (in my experience) than the LTSC versions with some debloating tools.
