I'm still trying to get the "expand selection" VSC shortcut into my muscle memory, but `[⇧]+[⌃]+[⌘]+[→]` is kinda awkward. I really liked how it worked in WebStorm: `[⌥]+[↑]` and you're all set. What are some of the more complex keyboard shortcuts you're using on a daily basis?

I'm also on #bluesky now. I'll try to post here and there more (vs twitter), and see how it feels. `@sulco.bsky.social`

I get too easily annoyed by inconvenient stuff. The upside is I've figured out lots of workarounds. I'm gonna start sharing some.First: reaching window edges to move or resize it is clumsy af. With BetterTouchTool you can:– press [fn] (anywhere!) to resize- [fn]+[⌘] to moveThe app (https://folivora.ai) is paid, but it has TONS of practical features and it's one of the best $22 you can spend on software. If anything annoys you about MacOS' UI – or you wish it could just do more – BTT likely has you covered.

Ok, I am quite sure StackBlitz Codeflow running in Arc is the peak of browser IDE elegance 😍(The screenshot below has not been modified in any way)

Besides the pure joy of the super clean UI, Ark has two unique features that are peculiarly well-suited for StackBlitz: That app's preview which you open in a new tab? You can put the tab in a split view. I mean, just look at how awesome is that!

You can customize the *principal* keyboard shortcuts! That means you can set it up so that when you press ⌘+W in StackBlitz, it will close a file and not the browser tab! 🥹

@grumpydad Thanks! Oh, I know that feeling – I always get a mild panic about the finish. Recently though, when a project doesn't require a lot of protection, I go simple and just use wax. (Additional benefit: done in 30 mins! I'm so impatient when it comes to these last miles of the jobs)

@allanwolfe Haha, I wish! This one really was surprisingly streamlined though, and I think I wrapped it up in about 5-6 hours.

I can't remember the exact wax I'm using, but I'll check it next weekend when I'm back in the shop. As for the joinery, the glued miter will hold well, assuming the miter is precise enough and you hold it tight for the glueup. I recommend having a couple of band clamps on hand (I've been using 2 per each box), like this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Stanley-ST083100-Band-Clamp-Yellow-Black/dp/B001DZVNE8
