Ok. This is on behalf of my good friend who is in need of financial/mutual aid right now since they are no longer on fedi.They only have an escooter as a means of commute which has broken and needs either repair or replacement. This is important because they only recently got a job so they do not have enough funds at hand to get this fixed right away, and are having to take rideshares to get to/from work currently. They have been dealing with depression and unemployment for some time, and have even been too stressed to be online anymore (even to talk to me on Discord), but they said it was ok to put this out there for them in our last conversation.The repair shop quoted them $700. I already sent what I could from my last paycheck, but it is still a long way off. Anything helps. Even a few dollars would mean a lot for them. Normally I just report the scam accounts and let the admins of the servers remove them, but this is a different tactic.Now suspended fake Gaza mutual aid account (https://mastodon.social/@rawan20) directly messaged me for donations. Having seen many fake accounts by now, I saw the usual PayPal link in the bio, but also saw that they were claiming to be verified by some blank account: https://mastodon.social/@gaza(the other account has zero details and is likely just a parked username from 2 years ago)Note: Neither account has any ties to the official https://gaza-verified.org/ or @aral / @joynewacc Check the credentials and report accounts if you see this new tactic being used.

So technically this isn't a game soundtrack, but it is as close as it gets. Ratvader did the soundtrack for Ultros and this album is a separate release that explores more of the themes from the game. It even uses album art by El Huervo (Niklas Åkerblad) who also was the lead artist and appears to be a founder of Hadoque that developed the game. Maybe you could say it was a spiritual successor album? Either way, it's super cool and is definitely a companion to the game itself.
