@Nonilex Real constitutional scholar there. How can a Supreme Court justice like Clarence Thomas be expected to understand the three branches of government or that they’re supposed to separate and co-equal? Actually, a constitutional scholar would probably understand that the legislative branch was given a somewhat superior position, but whatever.
