@switchedtolinux KDE Plasma is my personal favorite. I need a desktop environment that I can personalize without any kind of restriction and that is Plasma for me.

@switchedtolinux Yeah, in Germany we also have big grocery stores that uses "Deutschland Card" and "Payback Card" to offer "great deals" with getting 1 Cent back for each 2 euros.

@gbryant Steam beta looks great so far, but my only issue is still that some games are shonw with a blurry stretched picture and some look awesome. I would prefer if the game developer would send a fitting picture to Valve for updating their new feature.

@switchedtolinux Did you already make the test on actual hardware instead of a virutal machine ? That would be interesting to know, if the problem depends on the virutalisation software instead of the actual desktop environment install.

@switchedtolinux Nice introduction to this software, but I prefer the very old fashioned way of typing in all my passwords manually.

@switchedtolinux Yeah, but the fork is still strongly depending on the mothers code of Mozilla Firefox.Maybe in the future they are capable of maintaining their own thing and move completely on own feet.
