Drying wasn't too big of a deal, just followed some guides, and while fermenting will give you a better flavour, you can technically skip it if you just want the dried leaf. It was a lot of fun to experiment with different flavours.

If you're on your feet all day, rather than skipping meals, just eat healthier meals. Here in New Zealand and Australia, tradies (plumbers, builders, painters etc) often eat small pies (Pic related) as a meal and snack.
