Having an old friend with dinner.As I recall, I bought two bottles of this nice red blend from Portugal in 2023. We had one and I liked it so much, I bought four more. On Tyranny by Timothy Snyder is a valuable thing to have by your side in these times of increasing fascism.Each chapter begins with a short bit of advice as it's title, followed by a sentence or two on it's potential importance. The rest of the chapter provides concrete historical examples.Each chapter is short, and the book is only 126 pages. Possibly the most valuable thing that you could ever read.I'm going to be posting the first page of each chapter, because of how important I think it is to share these ideas.
