@foone I find myself flipping my wireless mouse over and turning it off and on from time to time to reset the connection will perform a similar “cleaning” effect. Modern problems, modern solutions and all that, but I swear, sometimes they are still rooted in the past.

@foone … I’ve seen loads of stuff to run old PCMCIA cards on PCIe, but nothing the other way around :-(Running modern ai/ml work on silly-old hardware is intriguing though. Did the Satellite 460cdt have USB 2.0? Because a Coral device might work (very slowly 😂)https://coral.ai/products/accelerator/

@foone it’s an AppleTV. Will run YouTube and Plex flawlessly. Can be controlled via CEC if you hate the remote. Will happily run nonstop stuffed in a cabinet somewhere. My ancient v3 still gets updates and is only now just starting to get a little laggy in the UI compared to my 4K. Can also be plugged into Ethernet, if that’s important for you.
