I tend to like to think of @Mastodon as the wordpress of social networks. But one of the things that always has made wordpress so powerful is it's plugins. I wonder if a robust plugin system is on the horizon for masto?

@wjmaggos it also making adding weird features less of an argument because the core code can be very focused and the plugins can do crazy stuff.
