@EU_Commission A quick glance through the factsheet or FAQ doesn't indicate the underlying technology that would support instant payments universally. @mur2501 Duolingo feels like a gamification app with language learning as a stretch goal. They try to retain users by focusing the gamification and not the language learning. It should be the other way around.

It's hilarious that #microsoft improved upon Windows 7 significantly by ending update support.Did a fresh install* this weekend and things just work without having to wait for a ridiculously unknown amount of time for updates to download.*No important reason at all; the world would be better off without Microsoft.
