One thing that Proton Mail for iOS does that all email clients should offer (at least as an option) is tapping any link opens a confirmation showing you the full URL. Great for security and easier to see if a link is malicious at a glance. Otherwise it just opens the browser and maybe you don’t notice an issue with the truncated URL on an otherwise normal looking website

After much eBay searching I landed on an MZ-N910 NetMD-capable MiniDisc 💽 recorder. Should arrive in two weeks, coming from Japan. There’s still software you can use to write to it via USB at 16-64x speed depending on the audio quality you want. It’s not the most high-end one but it’s the most reliable. The high-end HiMD capable ones can store 1GB of audio and data but they’re either ugly or the best one has 20+ year old OLED displays that are dying and often need a tricky replacement 💽

@seldo @sangster @yoyoel news, jeopardy, all things Bravo and TLC, random things like channels showing movies, Oscars, I like a few ABC/CBS cop drama shows, etc. Basically just our fallback for “ugh we can’t find anything to watch on Netflix”
