@grammargirl It is lovely -- but how long do starfish live outside of the water? And can you just pick up a starfish or does our skin have pathogens that they can't handle?

@grammargirl Sweet. I find that this is the challenge of old-style book publishing. It feels as though the editorial process goes on FOREVER.And then we send the book over to design and production, and they take several months with the book...So, yeah, it's a pretty long tunnel!

@grammargirl I think that it depends on the sound that you choose for your alarm. Many monasteries use bells as a call to prayer—especially for Lauds (morning prayer) and Vespers (evening prayer).I think that this is where the whole tradition of bell towers developed in the west.

@grammargirl The publishing house where I work release a book this spring: "Jesus in Space" a picture book about an astronaut who got permission to bring the Eucharist on a mission (STS-59 in 1994) for himself and two other crew members to receive communion on Sunday during their mission.And, yes, with a title like that it gets a lot of attention!
