@Boomerman Data system for fitness test (PRIMS) was replaced for literally no reason 2 or 3 years ago. Except in typical Navy IT fashion they sunsetted the 1.0 version before the 2.0 version came online, so it was all recorded via paper and excel like it was 1975 for a year and a half. Now 2.0 is online, 2 years behind schedule, and is broken.Additionally the guys who are supposed to administer the fitness program (CFLs and ACFLs) are predominantly niggers who like to lift weights instead of doing maintenance and they are not keeping track of shit in the system as they are supposed to.
