Sometimes I forget that not growing up in Asia limits so many Australians when it comes to cooking. It's not just about being exposed to the food, many restaurants and food stalls we'd visit almost nightly in Cambodia had open kitchens, so you can watch the cooking techniques, watch what goes into what.This kind of education in food is impossible to replicate in a classroom

@kravietz 100%. It's probably the fastest way to curb GHG emissions. Cars will be harder, as people are so attached to them, but if you can move people to EVs (ebikes or heavy vehicles) and convert to green electricity, it kind of kills two birds.I still think we need far fewer cars, for far more reasons than just climate change

@stux I've never understood this attitude. I've made every effort to help my kids become better with computers and gaming. They do plenty of outdoor activities, but what will help them most in life are the skills they pick up from computing and gaming.That being said, they aren't allowed to just use their devices constantly.
