(These scenes are written purely for comedic effect, not to derive erotic effect from non-consent.)So, this person1. interpreted the in-comic "rapey" scenes as consensual;2. swore that Lucy would never hurt anyone (talking as if she's a real person); and3. retconned a previous commission (all commissions are not canon) as "now canonical," since it was proved that one of Lucy's partners was "okay" with it.
