@Sophistifunk I use Zoho for my business: 2 👍 👍 WAY up, personal or business. Their Mail is super inexpensive, has an automated Google migration (I haven't tried it), has - by far - the best webmail I've ever used, and excellent mobile client.If you're looking for a complete business suite, check out their Zoho One (includes mail + something like 45 other services and programs). It's an UNBEATABLE value for small business. Lemme know if you want info.

@adam You're probably 100% right about viability of commercial chat - that's not my issue. There's so much more than LLMs going on. Myopic focus on the BS and shortcomings of LLMs (in particular or ML/AI generally) ignores the actual capabilities that are exploitable by those who want to put a boot on our head (or keep stomping). You know there's all kinds of 'slight of hand' going on. But your superpower is opening the curtain to show what it is that "they" are distracting us from (tyranny)

@TheCM David J LIeberman has "Never Get Angry Again". I wouldn't call it a great book, but I found it useful, short and concise and well written. One that was helpful for me in a practical way was "Nonviolent Communication" (Marshall Rosenberg) - which now that you've got me thinking about it, I need to re-read. 😶
