@szkodnix I don't trust those notifications. I think the notifications are just from packagekit. and packagekit sucks.I have a chron job that runs every day at 19:00 with sudo zypper dup --download-onlyand i think --y too.. i would have to look it up.So that whenever i want to update system packages they are mostly already downloaded and ready to install. haven't set a job for flatpaks up yet though.

@szkodnix well yeah but i got annoyed with some random package not being able to be downloaded when i do want to update. and it takes too long to me. so i let it download automatically

Do I just have to also black list gay and trans on twitter? The vast majority of tweets with those words are great but I hate seeing negative ones and then going down some stupid rabbit hole.

@stanford I set one up moderately detailed and clicked include with each email, because i saw that option in thunderbird. Finally got around to setting up thunderbird with proton bridge. (yes yes i know proton stuff is not really open source).

The urge of setting up my own entirely self hosted podcast feed, so I can put all of the new tags in it myself is really high. The podcast namespace is so exciting and fast moving.But then I see all the other things I want like donations, subscriptions, exclusive content and ads. which is things i want to use but don't want to actually do myself lol.At least this way I can email the CEO of the hosting company. #podcasts

Personally I can absolutely see cross-posting tech make me use more services. Because I only have to post once, but it can show up in many places. Which leads to interaction on more places, which actually makes me open those pages. If i had to open and paste stuff manually that would be dumb. #tech

I’m unhappy with the fact people don’t really seem to know what RSS feeds are anymore, how to use them or why they matter. I don’t like that fact.Especially young Gen Z and alpha Generation. Who don’t even know what a file or a folder is because all they ever used is shit chrome books or iphones
