@Richard that’s like a company I would make but of course it would fail because I’d get replaced by the investors with a guy with an infinite growth mindset. We can’t have nice things at this moment in time. Only if it’s a privately held company without any outside investors expecting big returns.

@Richard there's nothing wrong with small cars. especially in a country with cramped af small roads like anywhere in Europe. but you know this.I had a car too to drive to engineering school in 2019. a Ford we got for 800€. lolthat seems more reasonable to me than buying your daughter a big pickup truck for 16k

@immobile @ThatCrazyDude unironically the best way for consumers to run ai models at home right now is getting a mac. Like a mac studio that you can configure with up to 512 gb of shared memory.You are not going to buy a gpu with 32 or 48 or 64 or even more vram. And if the model doesn't fit in vram it's going to slow. That's the main limiting factor for these models. Having the model entirely fit
