@KimPerales Pardon reform is long past due. You really have to question the point of pardons at all. The benefits of them seem to be overwhelmingly passed by the negatives of pardon abuse.

@KimPerales The deciding vote came from the R son of the R Gov. So as long as Rs are in charge they can pass or ignore laws to their content. Don’t assume this would apply to D majority. This is not how a republic functions. Its tyranny.
