@VivekT yes, and in a way, i think it’s very cleverly played by BJP. They spent years discrediting Rahul Gandhi. So the conversation became if not Modi who else? Surely not Pappu.Then they put their considerable PR force to use selling the idea of Modi. Fake news + university of what’s app + drummed up nationalism. And the masses, glassy eyed and deadened by the rat race, lapped it all up and found something to fire them up.Uneducated & unemployed got the chaiwala to PM stars in their eyes.

@hamjb it’s not necessarily strangers who have a high opinion of us than we do of ourselves. It’s often times people who know us/observe all that we are doing. Imposter complex is very real!

Ok #mastodon. Who wants to see the evolution of one of my Intuitive paintings from start to finish? In pictures?I’ve just finished a 24x24 canvas, and this one, I documented each layer/stage of the painting. Since these are intuitive, I start with absolutely NO IDEA of what’s going to happen. Alrighty then! I’m going to try and do this as a thread.This is the first stage of the painting. With CAA & NRC, the way the BJP & it’s ministers keep saying “its for the good of the country and no Indian Muslims will be impacted” makes you question if you’re nutters for not believing them.
