I don't think we should bundle the obfuscation of entire profiles along with that setting.Hiding accounts a user is blocked from has some useful aesthetic value, but it only functions properly if every site respects them and your instance is locked down with no publicly viewable timelines, which isn't the Fediverse we inhabit.As-is it puts the unlearned user at a disadvantage, they'll be operating under false pretenses of who can and can't see their information.

@alex I don't think we should have DM's either in their current implementation, but not respecting blocks in particular is something that is actively happening 100% of the time, and never going away.
