Damn, I just loaded a npm package as a module directly into the browser from a CDN and I didn't install a single thing onto my machine... There has to be some catch I haven't discovered yet.... It's JavaScript. There's always a reason it still sucks, right?

So, this is a real question. You have a register account API endpoint. The user tries to register an account that already exists. What do you say to the user? Saying that there is already an account with that email feels like you're giving too much information, but... what else is there to say? Not saying anything would be confusing.
