#CovidTestHmmm . . . just took my perfunctory monthy Covid test and it came up positive w/a very faint pink line. 😦1st time I've tested positive since I started getting tested for Covid on or about June 2020.I've been avoiding crowded spaces when ever possible and have still been masking in crowded indoor & outdoor spaces when I can't.Feel no symptoms and have been vaxed 6x times. So, apparently the last vax still works. 🙂Going to retest myself again later today to verify the result.I live alone and have very little close contact w/others. So, no need IMO to quarantine. Maintaining social distance and continued masking in public should be sufficient to protect others from whatever I've got.So, I apparently can't say I've never caught Covid anymore. Oh well . . . 🤷♂️

#CovidTestWell, I just retested myself and it came out NEGATIVE.NO hint of a pink line this time.So, I'm going to retest myself again tomorrow for a final confirmation..

#Covid #TestingFinal update:Retested myself again today and got a solid NEGATIVE.So, I'm calling the 1st test yesterday a false positive and can still claim to have NEVER gotten Covid yet!!! 🥳

Now sure how it will affect the record but my guess is that it will show the most recent 6 shot and that the oldest shot will drop off the record.However, I've been carrying a wallet copy of my Covid vaccination record with 2 CDC Covid vax cards (back to back) which will allows me to show proof of a total of up 8 shots.But I'm not sure if this matters anymore, since no one seems to require or ask for proof of Covid vaccination anymore anway. 🤷♂️https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/

@Ricardus The cartridge is just as, if not more important, than the turntable. It's best to match the quality of the cartridge with the turntable. So, you should do some research on that too.

@historyofpunkrock Teenager in the 60's here. While I listened to a lot of R&R, Motown, Surfer, Mainstream Vocal & Folk music popular at that time, the most significant LP that I bought then was:Miles Davis' record #My Funny Valentine" which made me a forever fan & collector of jazz music, mainly (bop & modern & pre-free) from the 50-60's.

@historyofpunkrock Yes, In the 80's, I spent many days & hours in the many record atores in San Francisco then, including the original Tower Records store at Bay & Columbus,, where I bought most of the Japanese reissues of Blue Note, Emarcy & other jazz labels that are still in my LP collection .
