       @amic it's perfectly normal to have intense emotions when you lose someone close to you. it's ok to be sad when a relationship of any kind weakens. it's good to care about people. it's ok to want someone.it's not healthy to let any of that prevent you from taking care of yourself. i don't mean you should be selfish. but it's ok to prioritize your own well-being.
