       ookkay I need a tipwhen is the right time to wear a cocktail dress. is it like, semi-formal, formal-but-not-really-trying-like-in-a-party-way, or can i just wear it when i want. cause i have one and it's sort of been languishing in my closet.this is the dress in question (not exactly, but pretty close)
