Please note, that these are rarely, if ever, covered by .gov healthcare or USA insurance and allopaths won’t do them, and put it in your file that you’re psychosomatic is you ask. Many individuals use HMA (Hair Mineral Analysis) these days and there are plenty of labs in EU/US/Leafland where you don’t need a labcoat intermediary. There are also labs that can do stool/urine analysis the same, but they can be more short-term insight whereby with Hair, you’re looking at months. More sophisticated options like an Oligoscan usually require a practitioner, but there is a growing home-market where the testing company will send you the device and you send it back. Important to DYOR on options here.Not able to test, but just assuming they’re “there” at undesirable levels?The most tried, true, cheapest method for attempting to getting them down is taking a large dose of a “binder” of your choice (that doesn’t constipate) and hitting the sauna a few times a week. Bowel movements at least once a day is a must here to prevent enterohepatic recirculation (re-absorption in a sluggish colon back into the blood stream). With Fenbendazole, a few hypothetical and in no way medical advice thoughts:- Mebendazole and Albendazole are the Human-form if there is access to those wheverver you are, but all wonderful Rx products.
