@neil there is an easy way to mitigate this. Don't accept anything from your CEO unless it's a hand written in front of you by a DNA tested CEO 😄

@foone you may well have tried all these, butMax the hotend temperature and push filament through the nozzleHeat nozzle, move hotend to the highest position and use a cleaning needle from the bottom up. Use new, sealed filament. Moisture is an absolute nozzle killer. I never use "old" filament without drying it first, and mostly dispose of it. This has been a game changer.

@futurebird I was a fan of gas cookers, but we now have a modern induction hob and after a bit of time getting used to it, I like it. I can control the heat well enough but the cleaning is so much easier and there is definitely less grease or smells.
