       The case of numbing the loneliness has so many option. But yet, the safest one that can be chosen is to make yourself busy in a positive way (work, exercise, etc).Unfortunately, to choose that does not really solve the numbing at all. In fact, worsen it because you&#39;re avoiding the reality that your soul and body still need someone (physically if possible) on your side. That is why, to choose to be alone is really a hard decision that someone might already decided from their will.
