@LibrarianRA Wow...the first hard rock concert I ever attended was near where I went to school in northern Italy in '72. Gentle Giant opened for Black Sabbath. I couldn't hear well for 2 days but I was hooked. R.I.P. Mr. Ozzy.

@LibrarianRA Dad was stationed at Vandenberg AFB from '69 to '71 and we had lunch there a few times. Tourist trap to be sure, but the food was good.

@LibrarianRA We lived at San Vito A.S. from '71 to '74 and this what distinguished us, a Raytheon AN/FLR 9. It was never allowed to be photographed but obviously some folks did. It could pick up radio signals from about 4000 miles away.
