       so, I learned that #threads  can not only get your posts, even if you blocked them (via different servers that didn't and that store your posts cus people there may follow you or interact with you), they can also monetize those posts by showing ads next to them. Thus making money off of you. Put that together with all the genocidal and fascist and other harmful activity. It makes me think that the #enshittification  of the #fedi has begun. The cycles seem to move faster and faster. I love it here and I've had many elightening convos and beautiful connections. Today I read that 41% of servers have blocked threads. Maybe there is still hope.Esp. the neurodivergent community on here is the best I've ever experienced.@actuallyautistic

       @wjmaggos @actuallyautistic right. IDK why they'd do it. They are motivated by greed and malicious intent. If it does not serve them , they will not do it. And it doesn't. And If it did, they would have found a way to turn it against us. WE are inherently unprofitable and contradicting the web of lies and fear/aggression they are catching people in. They certainly have a goal on mind with this federation. And it 's not to letting people escape. IMO

       @tschaefer @MastodonDE ich habe den Server extra deswegen ausgesucht. Meine Follower lesen und beantworten meine langen posts. Es gibt einige Instanzen mit vielen, sogar 10.000 Zeichen. Leute drücken sich eben verschieden aus.

       @ErikUden @MastodonDE nun, unbefriedigend in sofern, als damit der Spruch; block halt individuell, jede hat die freie Wahl, nicht der Warhheit entspricht. Ich würde schon lieber einen dichten Block haben. Ich habe mich so umgehört. Mehrer Quellen bezeichnen das, was ich mache ,wenn ich threads blocke eher als mute. Manche haben sich damit beschäftigt und sind der Meinugn das es erheblich leckt. Es werden verschiedene Szenarien angedeutet, was das bewirkt und warum das highly undesirable ist. Es ermöglicht (nur ein Beispiel von mehreren) zB, das theroetische Szenario, dass posts von Transmenschen entsprechend dem Aufreg- und Engagementalgorhythmus an die entsprechenden Hater ausgespielt werden. Ich stelle mir vor, dass es einerseits ein monetäres, andererseits ein destruktives Interesse gibt, solche Möglichkeiten auch zu nutzen. Wir haben es ja im Großen und Ganzen und im Effekt durchaus mit malicious intent zu tun. Ich denke nicht , dass es Meta daran gelegen ist, dass das Fedi  friedlich weiter auf eigene Weise weiterwächst. Ist es so, dass die Verbindung zu einigen Instanzen gekappt würde, wenn wir authorized fetch anschalten würden?

       @Jain @ErikUden das sehe ich auch so. 👍​Meine Sorge im Moment ist nicht, was innerhalb des Fedi so läuft. Meine Sorge ist, (Achtung, rant Anfang)was geschieht, wenn das Fedi, mit all diese Schwächen und Einfallstoren behaftet mit einer supermächtigen, alles ausnutzenwollenden und könnenden Gigantoinstanz föderiert. Mit GenocidMeta, dass langfristige Strategien verfolgt, die nicht zu unserem oder dem Wohl von irgendwem sind. Und wir zwangweise hinter den Fedichefs hertrudeln , ohne zu wissen was abgeht, und ohne das erkennbar ist, dass die das wissen oder dringend wissen wollen oder dass es einen Plan gibt ,diese Schwächen auszuräumen, oder da in irgendeiner Weise eine Prio draufgelegt wird, Ich hab ehrlich gesagt keine Ahnung von Software. Eher von Community. Und von dem Gesichtspunkt aus ist das unfassbar.(rant ende)
