Ok enough.You know what? Domino's Pizza is the best.Not the best pizza, but the best place. I love #nextcloud. Its the best thing ever if you don't trust anyone but still want to have synced files. I've been using it for my calendars (well, and files of course) for a long time now. Works perfectly.Now I switched to the #dissenter browser a while ago, and missed having my bookmarks synced. Nextcloud has the solution, of course. Floccus + bookmarks, and problem solved without using any 3rd party storage.

@smaragdus Hi, welcome to the server. So yeah, I've run this a little while. I ran this server a while ago as a Pleroma instance, which I liked Pleroma but I kinda wish it had the good language filters like Mastodon has. Anyway, my hoster went out of business on me, and I couldn't restore my database for some reason. This time I'm forking out big bucks for this thing and hopefully it'll be stable. So long as you dig the server rules, anything goes here.

A while back this was a small pleroma server. It worked great. However, my hosting provider went suddenly and without warning out of business on me. Well, I did have backups, but I couldn't import them back into pleroma for reasons I never figured out. That was a cheap-o hosting solution, but here I've shelled about big bucks to run this. Hopefully we won't have issues like that again. Backups are running and look good.
