@BrodieOnLinux I find it odd because I'm still in the habit of calling people sir/ma'am myself, and I'm not too much younger than you. Maybe the girl is similar?

@BrodieOnLinux Since I switched instances, I am unsure if this comment went through. I don't want to be spammy, but I don't know if you saw it or not last time."Is there any chance you'll upload your videos to a Peertube instance? Tilvids.com seems like it'd be a good fit, and I'd really like to watch your stuff outside of Youtube's walled garden."

@BrodieOnLinux I don't have a response for much of this, but I do commend and really appreciate how you talk with people you don't agree with. The echo chamber thing is horrible, and as you said leads to extremist insanity. Please keep doing it, you're one of the few in this space who does it.

@BrodieOnLinux Some part of me wonders how these people can exist, like what if their employer stopped paying them and told them to do work for 'free' in the name of the greater good, or whatever? FOSS will never win with this mindset.

@BrodieOnLinux Seeing all this Linux lingo in a manga is jumpscaring me. The Linux girl's elitism is so funny, some things never change. She definitely uses Arch, btw.

@BrodieOnLinux I'm back on KDE and super happy with it, but god was Niri so pleasant and useful. I really hope it becomes more integrated into the desktop paradigm as a standard means of using your computer. It really helps with productivity, especially on smaller screens.

@wjmaggos As a Deck owner, the lack of TV apps can be a real killer. I might have to try again if/when I get a Steam Machine.
