@kev that would be great. I also think that Mozilla needs to do some changes in the way they deal with the problem overall.Offering services however is a good idea besides other things.But abandoning Firefox does only help to make Chrome even bigger. If Firefox is off the market or unusable, I have to use Chrome or at least Chromium. There are no other choices for me on Gnu+Linux.

With the Raspberry Pi 4 on the web. It's a bit slow, but a 64Bit OS is helping a lot and Firefox running great under Ubuntu Mate 21.10.Result is: 8 watt instead of 17 watt with my old laptop. That's great. Less energy consumption for surfing the web.Every watt counts. 🔌 🌲

@artyr3 wow, where should I start. Fort 5v/3a is max. Input. Never reached that. In fact it can't be reached. I'm using a 5v/2a power source with no issue. The power consumption was metered with a special device between outlet and charger with no load, web browsing and max load. 8 watt is the average. Most times even lower. I also using this monitor with the laptop. Bought of course with power in mind it uses 18 Watt. Led lights only, I don't heat. Solar charging Smartphones when possible

@kev @rudolf Okay, but I hope groups isn't the gateway to remove local and fed timelines. I'm very alarmed about this atm.And for the app, I consider it then a complete failure and move on. At least there are brilliant 3rd party apps for Android like Tusky.

Raspberry Pi NAS Server now running on solar power. 2 Ironwolf 4TB drives, boot SSD and #raspberrypi4 Could have been much easier with a powerstation, but this was only about $270 Dollar including the 100 watt solar panel.

@mike I only would want 2 things from it: Work with smart devices and don't change things that are working. Ever!On my Amazon Echo every monthe something changed and won't work the way before or not at all.I can learn how to use my Sony Bravia TV functions every week.

@mike Sounds good. But to be honest, I really don't want to program that on myself. If it's support SonOff and Philips Hue, that would be enough.So HA sounds good.But the other thing is even more important: Don't change. While I'm as a tech nerd I live with cutting edge tech (wooh that sounds wrong), home appliances need to be consistent. I rely on them. Going to sleep, start my routine, it must work. Any day, every day. No change. Is Mycroft consistent by not changing all the time?

@kev that's because so many people are stupid enough to use that crap WhatsApp.I'm in some European countries it's like the phone wouldn't work anymore. Everything runs over WhatsApp for the low-lifes...

@CyborgZeta sorry but that's because Europe is far ahead in communication. US still stuck on sms. So sad. But WA is still crap. There are much better options. So I guess people in Europe may be ahead in that, but still stupid.
