@killyourfm @pixelfed @funkwhale I unfollowed everyone on birdsite (sorry) and now when I peek, I get this stream of right-wing false-equivalences and bad takes all over the place. Just garbage information.... with some of my old favourites intermingled, but seriously, not an enjoyable experience. Feel like it's time to start writing to advertisers about this Twitter experience.

@killyourfm physical media FTW. My recent experience: file corruption on my music server: no physical media for a purchase from iTunes: title is no longer listed in iTunes: what do I do now? This isn't a streaming or subscription, I paid outright for this "album" but only in digital format, I don't have a physical format, the store seems to have delisted the album, so, I guess they've got my money, I've got nothing.
