" Just the kind of person women prisoners want to share a cell with, right? Women who are mostly in prison for non-violent offences. Men's piss really stinks. Hector Gutierrez may very well need psychiatric care, but this can be provided in a secure psychiatric facility, if not a regular prison for men. It should not be given where vulnerable women are housed.
