       @stux @notjustbikes 🤔 It's simple if you can lobby for changes. Make them a different class of license and combine the requirements with a strict club membership rule or trade purpose.If you have one for a reason you're going to jump through whatever hoops along with everyone else in your club. You'll even pay extra for whatever fees are applicable.
