Some dusk shots of the crops. Looks like they survived the heat today.That tomato plant is going crazy!Beans are climbing well, but nothing to harvest yet.Sweet corn is plodding along ok.

I've left this purple carrot in since before Winter hoping it would go to seed. The missus doubted it would survive, but look at this monster now!Lots of nice flowers on it - I like the two tone white and pink.

Another thing that survived winter unscathed is the pumpkin plants - which are already flowering 😁The broccoli survived, but has gotten a nasty aphid infestation. I've tried spraying them with washing detergent solution, but I haven't been persistent enough with respraying - specially with the rain ☹️The acerola cherry tree hasn't gotten any bigger, BUT it does have some pink flowers on it, so... yay?

One of my raspberry plants is starting to spread 😁No fruit, but it's only been in the ground for less then a year. Can't expect too much.One of my blackberry plants is doing the same. It's been in for a bit longer, but still no fruit. But sure if I'm doing something wrong. Maybe it needs more acidic soil or something?Lettuce came real good, after I was worried it would fail after transferring from punnet to garden bed. Few have broken from the rain though.

You know what's better then working?Posting pictures of how your @plants are doing!Me and the Mrs are tolerating a mild chest infection (No, it's not _that_), so what better time to harvest some ginger and lemons from the garden!The ginger smells _so goood_.2nd generation from some store bought stuff that was sprouting in the fridge.Stuck it in a pot, in part-shade - viola! Delicious and nutritious ginger.
