@BrodieOnLinux Yeah .... Give me even more reasons to avoid Wayland (as a dev and user) 🙂

@BrodieOnLinux Companies don't care about Wayland, they don't care about X11 vs. Wayland. The only thing they care about is that their stuff work, and that means X11, especially for the graphics/video industry. And btw, why all the hate against NVIDIA? If they didn't release Linux drivers 20 years ago, nobody would use Linux for anything related to graphics/video/3D etc today.

@BrodieOnLinux It's just right-to-repair for software. Not "open source", more like "user source".

@BrodieOnLinux meh ... This is a nothing burger :) The actions required to trigger this is not realistic.

@BrodieOnLinux That's one messy repo. It's all just random outdated legacy stuff nobody cares about. I do however like the OpenSSL 1.0.1 requirement (from 2017), security first 😛 I would rather use XMMS than this. At least they got what they wanted, buzz around Winamp again. And the "internet" salutes them for going "Open Source" 😏

@BrodieOnLinux I don't care about the xorg vs. wayland crap/drama/whatever (imho they both suck). But to wayland's credit they kinda don't break user space as they provide xwayland 😉 (if they didn't the transition would be a no-go/impossible).

@BrodieOnLinux Maybe... But I would rather run an EOL version of macOS on an Mac than Linux 😄

@BrodieOnLinux They use Wordpress 5.9.3, from 2022 🙂 (should be easy to find an exploit)

@BrodieOnLinux Thanks for the video, I didn't know COSMIC supported SSD 😄 Fixed our Qt build and @friction now has proper window decorations on COSMIC.

@davidrevoy This should be a general advise, use TIFF for raster graphics in print workflow, regardless of software/OS.
