@kev @lkhrs This is why I find Apple's Hide My Email service invaluable. They take care of all the tech setup and provide a very clean interface that tracks all these addresses, so forgetting what I used where is never an issue. And because I can forward these addresses to any account I like, it means I can still use ProtonMail for my day to day email activity.

@kev @lkhrs Completely agreed for important accounts. It is why I use your method for key accounts like Mastodon etc.But with 300 + logins, it is a convenient system for services that are non-essential.

@kev Wasn’t it something about you starting a test blog but had a technical issue with the platform. So you elevated the issue and the CEO got put out about it and deleted your site. Which naturally made you worry about a platform that would arbitrarily delete a blog over the CEO’s mood. Or something to that effect. I can’t think of who else I follow who starts feuds (to be fair, everyone I follow does that). So if not you, was it @dajbelshaw?
