       @jbowen @mairin I mean, he has a point. I don't like it, my company can't afford the sheer number of RHEL licences we would need for our server count vs our revenue, that's why we used centos, and it's been 10 years of building on centos as well, so changing isn't easy. I also imagine we aren't the only people out there in that situation, especially post covid. But even with all that, I find it hard to disagree, as much as this pisses me off, he is right in that we need red hat...

       @BrodieOnLinux @edfloreshz @soller I'm not saying conspiracy, but rather that I can see how through circumstance a certain behaviour becomes prevalent. Because it looks like they are fighting for their lives to die on every hill, and then dismiss things like KDE asking them to fix something that affects everyone else.Like how would things change if they were more considerate of the rest of the ecosystem?

       @BrodieOnLinux @edfloreshz @soller a good example is how they spoke to you in that thread.Now mature and secure leadership would look at your statements and identify the intention behind your words, which is "why does things break for users on gnome that works everywhere else". Which is a VALID intention. Instead they argue technical and idealistic points with aggression. Totally Missing the intention, dare I say not even trying to understand it.
