@Lumeinshin i get about 6-7 hours of sleep. it’s really bad lately and my heartbeat is incredibly weird. i will go to a doc soon to get sleep meds that aren’t anti anxiety meds

@meowski yeh, i did a proper exercise session two days ago and it was a big mistake, now i’m gonna try to just go for walks every day first to build up my resistance, but it’s still so strange how out of shape i am, considering i was quite active before

@meowski @Lumeinshin i’m big on caffeine, i’ve been thinking about quitting coffee and drinking a single cup of matcha in the morning instead. i make filter coffee with high caffeine content daily, i think i have like 4 espressos per day

@meowski @Lumeinshin @ageha dunno, i got a single jab a long time ago and was extremely sick after, couldn’t get up from bed and had to be put on a bunch of meds to stop my fever that lasted several weeks (!!). i had such an extreme reaction, and i still have almost the same antibody count. it’s strange because i never tested positive but i suspect i had covid a few months before that, but i couldn’t test for it then as it was just when the pandemic started and only the elderly could get tested

@meowski @Lumeinshin @ageha i’m not anti vax btw. it’s the only vaccine i had such an extreme reaction to and even doctors agreed that i had an allergic reaction and didn’t continue with the vaccination scheme
