@nicemicro I used to publish vidoes on #youtube and #libry. I stopped uploading to #youtube and kept uploading to LBRY for a while. Haven't published videos in a while, but I have published a few blog style posts on LBRY. When I get back to doing videos, I'd like to publish on #LBRY (#odysee) and #peertube. If I did published on Youtube again, I would probably cut the video off at about half and then have a message saying where they can watch the whole video.

@sotolf I've tried the #luakit browser (similar to qutebrowser) and like it, but it is a bit sluggish or non-working on heavy websites. VimVixen with the #LibreWolf browser may be the solution for me for a while.

@10leej It's amazing how much text data can be stored in a few megabytes. My entire business database (sqlite) that I've used for my business for nearly the last ten years is about the same size as your distrotoot archive.

My son is setting up a #pleroma test server to see if we want to self host (we probably do). I had no idea that Pleroma had a built in #gopher server! We tried browsing to it with #Lagrange on our local network and it worked!

My son saw a mention of #gopher in the administration area, enabled it and tested it. So cool that #pleroma has gopher as a #retro interface built in. I would love to chat with the person or people who made that happen!

Just put #WindowsXP on a Dell Optiplex 380 for a customer who requested it to run a business DOS application. I have kept a #CloneZilla image of Windows XP Pro for this particular model. Not often that I use it, but very handy to have when someone wants an XP computer fast. #retro
