The German Marshall Fund receives money from the US State Department, NATO and the infamous CIA front, USAID. As for the Underground Reich connections, it’s also funded by the Fritz Thyssen Foundation. The Thyssen family funded Hitler’s rise to power, merged with the Krupp arms merchants, and are suspected of being part of the Bormann Network. Then there is the misnamed Sasakawa Peace Foundation.

Even when minimally configured and the handset is idle both iOS and Google Android share data with Apple/Google on average every 4.5 mins. The phone IMEI, hardware serial number, SIM serial number and IMSI, handset phone number etc are shared with Apple and Google. Both iOS and Google Android transmit telemetry, despite the user explicitly opting out of this. When a SIM is inserted both iOS and Google Android send details to Apple/Google.

Several companies, including Apple, Google, Microsoft and others maintain databases of Wifi APs with their MAC addresses and locations. Without that, the location function on phones wouldn't work nearly as good as it does (especially indoors, where GPS does not work).To prevent long-term tracking, many modern mobile devices (including iPhones) use MAC randomization, i.e. they change their MAC address randomly.
