@clacke @cwebber @janneke @zig the question is how can you build it from source?if it is self hosting that means you can build it using an already compiled binary of itself. It can also be built by chez scheme, but then we need to ask how is chez scheme built?Chez scheme is also self hosting, it depends on a boot binary to build.So loko is a very awesome tool but it isn't bootstrappable from smaller components yet.

[OH:wleslie] it was already really easy to avoid CSRF as a vulnerability, even before CORS was a thing: simply make authority-carrying resource names unguessable (make it a crypto-cap)
