@alejandrobdn dive into it simply as a learning exercise or to use it for something specific? If using it, I'd suggest taking a look at tools that use it as part of their product - like DDEV https://ddev.readthedocs.io/en/stable/

@openuk actually, @revk I know you know exactly how to phrase information requests — do you have a template email I can use to formally request what data they have, how and when it was collected, and what consents were obtained?
