Broken things update: (skip to second paragraph for less tech)* Attempt to install Akovoro failed, idk why the basic docker compose breaks* Talos on hetzner is broken, need to go and simplify the config to help eliminate variables* Netbird install is also broken, I'm probably pretty close but something fundamental is broken and peers refuse to register. The errors I'm getting tell me it is an uncommon issue. So I'm probably off the market in a simple bit stupid way. * Blog container broke because of IPv6, I'm gonna have to patch in a working config, there is an open issue already tracking it with an easy fix that is getting ignored, maybe I should make a simple fix PR? * I want to update my GitHub or make a new one to avoid doxing myself whenever I link itInstead of all of that plans involve* Looking up new recipes that use Thai basil (fresh batch via countertop hydroponics)* Looking at options for square plastic buckets online* Create a VM on Proxmox via learning new terraform module that isn't made by the prison industrial complex* Install bike rear light now that I actually have found everything I need to do it (I had lost the heat gun and connectors for it) dynamo lights on the disaster-cycle! (My HS mtb is now a city cruiser)

So basically every helm chart out there keeps the chart up to date with the app, and does patch/minor bumps when the app has a new version, setting tags/images in values is only needed in rare cases. You can be sure that the latest chart is the latest app and both the chart and app version specified are compatiblethis app says: "nah, set those manually in values per individual service"

Attempts to analyze netflows the easy way** I could probably re-install security onion but it is way too heavy there has to be something better* Akovordo looks like it could be nice, the docker compose absolutely refuses to run, maybe v2 broke it? Maybe I'll have to open some issues* OpenObserve has a really straightfoward guide and is super light and also doesn't work, goflow2 claims to be receiving the flows but nothing shows in openobserve and neither side has useful logs, cool, cool* goflow2 has it's own docker compose, that references dead bitnami links, awesome, love to see itsiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh#Homelab #Networking
